As President, one of your tasks is to maintain an overview of the general structure and progress of Royals Cup. You help the other board members to implement their areas of responsibility as well as possible and always keep an eye on the overall goal of Royals Cup. The most important qualifications include:

As treasurer you are responsible for all financial transactions of Royals Cup. You must have an overview of all financial activities of the organization throughout the year and prepare the budget for the Royals Cup 25.

The Team Manager is responsible for the internal structure of the organisation. The position is responsible for recruiting active members and organising team events throughout the year. At the event, the position is responsible for the management of the crew.

As the sponsoring manager the main goal is to create sponsorship packages that appeal to a wide range of companies, whether they're new to us or have partnered with us before. We're not just about making deals; we're committed to building and nurturing connections, keeping the lines of communication open with all our potential and existing sponsors. Negotiating deals is a big part of what we do, always striving to create agreements that benefit both our event and the companies we work with.

As University Relations Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting participating universities and managing the ticketing process. In addition, you are the first point of contact for all participating universities before and during the event. There will be two University Relations Managers for Royals Cup 25. The Operations Managers take care of the planning and implementation of the Opening Ceremony and the Sport Venue. From negotiations with security to food trucks and discussions with venues. This year there will be two positions for this purpose in order to distribute the tasks more clearly.

The Sports Manager oversees all sports-related aspects of the Royals Cup, including selecting sports disciplines, managing schedules, and handling sports equipment. The board member will discuss all sports-related details with the sports location. Throughout the year, this person will support the sponsoring team.

As the PR Manager it is your mission is to oversee the entire social media landscape for Royals Cup, ensuring our presence is engaging and impactful. Beyond that, we're the driving force behind promoting our events and maintaining our website, ensuring both reflect the essence of Royals Cup. Additionally, we take pride in upholding the integrity of the Royals Cup brand and orchestrating the memorable opening and closing ceremonies of Royals Cup 24.

As the event manager of Royals Cup, your main task is to organize all the parties that Royals Cup hosts. This includes parties during the academic year as well as the parties at the main event. Additionally you are responsible for setting up the Royals Cup App.
From scouting and negotiating with venues, to selecting DJs and providing support during the evening, you together with your team of active members are responsible for everything that comes with hosting a party.
