5vs5 for 10 minutes. Maximum of 8 players in each team. There has to be at least one female and male on the field the whole time.

Team composition:

• 5 players. If a team does not have enough female players, the opposing team gets +8 points. (At least one female and male on the field)

• Maximum of 8 people in the team.

Short overview of the Rules:

• Out-of-bounds: Ball moving beyond the playing area, even if a player's foot is on the line and touches the ballDouble-dribble: The player continues to dribble after holding the ball with both hands.

• Traveling: Only 2 steps allowed without dribbling; jumping permitted after 2 steps but pass or shoot before the foot touches the ground. Pivoting is allowed, but the pivot foot is not allowed to move.

• Hacking: Defender hitting the arm or hand of the ball possessor.

• Holding: Defender holding a player without the ball.

• Fouls committed during a throw attempt will result in free-throws: 2 for inside the three-point circle and 3 for outside the 3 point-circle.
