Short description:

• 3 or 4 teams per group (dependent on number of teams)

• Win: 3 points, Draw: 1 point (Group Stage)

• In case of equal points: Goal difference (-> direct comparison -> scored goals -> coin toss)

• 1st place and best 2nd places advance to the knockout stage (starting with the Quarterfinals)

• Draw (during knockout stage): penalty shootout (5 penalties; if equal score, sudden death)

Team composition:

• Max. 10 per team (min. 2 female and male players), 6 active players (1 goalkeeper +5 field players). At least one female and male on the field

Short overview of the Rules:

• No offside

• The ball leaves the field/touches the wall

  • ...on the sides: throw in

  • ...the goals’ sides: goalkeeper kick (from any spot within the penalty box)

  • ...as usual, there is a corner kick

• In case of foul: verbal warning and free kick/penalty

• In case of repetitive/serious foul play or unsportsmanlike behavior: 2 minutes time penalty
