As the Administration Team, we keep ROYALS CUP on track by overseeing operations, finances, and team organization. We handle budgeting, expense tracking, and making sure funds are used effectively. Beyond finances, we focus on recruitment, internal events, and coordinating the event crew. Our goal is to keep everything running smoothly and set ROYALS CUP up for success.
Valesca: As President of ROYALS CUP 25, I ensure all processes run smoothly and that both overall and team-specific goals are met. I support each team by providing the tools and opportunities they need to work efficiently, helping us create the best experience for our guests. Beyond operations, I focus on strategy and innovation to strengthen ROYALS CUP’s future while handling key administrative tasks.
Carla: As Treasurer and Vice President of ROYALS CUP 25, I am responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization. My tasks include budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring the proper allocation of funds to support our events and activities throughout the year and the main ROYALS CUP Event. Additionally, as Vice President, I work closely with our President, Valesca, assisting her in her responsibilities and supporting the team in optimizing managerial, strategic and financial planning to ensure the long-term sustainability of the association.
Moritz: As the Team Manager, I am responsible for the recruitment of our ROYALS CUP 25 active members as well as the organization of internal events. Furthermore, I took over the responsibilities of digital ventures for the organisation’s resources. During the main event, I recruit, organize and manage the crew members that help us with simple tasks.
